TIAS-Swimwear is part of RAS Retail Group. Many items ship directly from our brand partners’ warehouses (“dropship”). Because of this, please do not return anything until we provide a return authorization and the correct warehouse address.
1) Quick Summary
- Return window: 30 days from delivery (see exceptions below)
- Exchanges: fastest way—place a new order; we refund the original after inspection
- Defects / wrong item: we fix it (replacement or refund)
- Hygiene items: bikini bottoms, one-piece suits, panties, bodysuits, and any item with a hygiene liner are not returnable once opened/removed
- Final sale: clearance, coupon-stacked, or “Final Sale” items are not returnable
- Labels: we provide prepaid labels only for defects or our shipping errors
- Where to ship: only to the warehouse address we email with your RMA—not to our office or “return to sender”
2) Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return:
- Request is within 30 days of delivery
- Item is new, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Hygiene liner/seal is intact (if applicable)
- No deodorant, makeup, fragrance, pet hair, or other wear
Not eligible:
- Opened or tried-on bikini bottoms / one-piece suits / panties / bodysuits (if hygiene liner removed or packaging opened)
- Custom, special-order, or Final Sale items
- Gift cards & downloadable content
- Items returned without an RMA or outside the return window
3) Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Email contact@tias-swimwear.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue & packaging
- We’ll send an RMA and a prepaid label (when applicable)
- Choose replacement or refund
4) Exchanges (Size/Color)
- Fastest: order the new size/color now; request a return for the original
- Once we receive and inspect the original, we process the refund to your original payment method
- Direct “swap” exchanges depend on warehouse stock; if you prefer a swap, tell us in your email and we’ll confirm availability
5) How to Start a Return
- Email contact@tias-swimwear.com with subject “Return Request – Order #XXXX”
Include: order number, item SKU, reason, and photos if applicable - Wait for your RMA and the correct warehouse address (dropship locations vary)
- Ship the item within 7 calendar days of RMA issuance; use a trackable service and keep the receipt
- On receipt and inspection, we’ll email your refund status
Important: Returns sent without an RMA or to the wrong address may be refused or significantly delayed.
6) Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defects/wrong item)
- If your order had “Free Shipping,” we may deduct our actual outbound shipping from the refund on discretionary returns
- Processing time: typically 3–5 business days after inspection; bank posting times vary
BNPL & Wallets
- Affirm: refunds go to your loan; if paid in full, back to your payment account. Interest/fees are per Affirm’s policy
- PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay: refund posts back to the same wallet/account used at checkout
7) On-Sale & Final Sale Items
- On-Sale items (regular sale) follow the standard return rules unless marked Final Sale
- Final Sale items are not returnable and will be clearly labeled at purchase
8) Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned due to an invalid/undeliverable address or unclaimed at pickup may be reshipped (additional shipping) or refunded minus shipping after the warehouse returns them to stock (if eligible).
9) Multiple Shipments (Dropship)
Your order may arrive in separate boxes from partner warehouses. Return instructions may differ by item—always follow the RMA email for the correct address.
